Construction Operations &
Sales Manager

Sonbuilt Custom Homes Ltd. is looking for a motivated individual to support our company across operations, safety management, and business development. This role will work closely with the company president to strengthen daily operations, improve systems, and ensure our office, shop, and job sites run smoothly.

 

This position is ideal for someone who’s strategic yet hands-on, enjoys learning, communicates with confidence, and is excited about contributing to a growing company with long-term leadership potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

  • Operations & Leadership: Support the company president with day-to-day decision making, streamline systems, and oversee company coordination.
  • Human Resources Support: Assist with training ideas and provide guidance to various personnel.
  • Financial & Administrative Coordination: Work with the Financial Officer and ensuring smooth and accurate administrative processes.
  • Safety Management (CSO): Develop safety policies and training,  conduct site inspections, maintain documentation, and manage WCB compliance.
  • Construction Operations: Onsite support, materials, equipment, contracts, leadership.
  • Sales & Business Development: Drive sales growth and represent the company at industry events.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Experience in residential construction operations and construction management
  • Knowledge of WorksafeBC regulations and/or willingness to train as a CSO
  • Experience in sales, business development, and client relations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfort in both office and field environments
