A Well Built Home Begins with Inspired, Intentional Design.
Design Timeframe
Every design journey is unique. Most clients complete their design in 4 to 6 months, with the timeline shaped by your own pace of review and decisions.
Initial Consultation
Our first meeting typically runs one or two hours. It's a relaxed conversation where we get to know you, your ideas, and your dreams for your new home.
Design Agreement
Our Design Agreement outlines costs, timelines, and shared responsibilities. Setting clear expectations from the start. Once signed and a deposit received, we get to work on your preliminary plans.
Preliminary Design
Together we explore design concepts, refine ideas, and make adjustments until the design feels just right. We typically schedule 3 to 4 meetings during this phase, with unlimited changes at no additional cost.
Design Development
We finalize floor plans and elevations, meeting 2 to 3 times to review progress and ensure everything meets your expectations. Minor adjustments are welcome at this stage, though major design changes may incur additional charges.
Final Permit Drawings
With the design finalized, we prepare permit drawings. Changes at this stage are possible but may incur additional fees.
