EXPERIENCE

3 Years Construction Experience

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

  • Acting as a liaison between site staff, trades, suppliers and the company owner
  • Supporting and coordinating the crew and overall project workflow
  • Strong understanding of framing, forming and finishing
  • Applying excellent knowledge of building codes and industry best practices
  • Reading, interpreting, and communicating building plan information
  • Maintaining reliable transportation and tools
  • Working with a flexible, adaptable schedule

You’re someone who communicates clearly and is ready to step into a leadership role.  You are excited to grow in your experience of delegating tasks, ordering materials, and ensuring the jobsite runs smoothly from start to finish.  You enjoy all aspects of residential construction and you are motivated to grow your skills at a high performance level.

This role is ideal for someone who’s ready to take the next step toward running a site with confidence.
