What does “Design-Build” mean?
Simply put, design-build is a process in which the design and build of your home is managed under one entity. Sonbuilt Custom Homes will work together with you throughout the design and construction of your home. We take you through the design process using our own team. Any changes that occur to the design are simple to make and can be done in our own office. We are fully qualified to both design and build your home.
How do we start?
Building relationships with people is essential to our success, so meeting with you and getting to know you is very important. Our initial meeting with you may take one to two hours. During this time we take detailed notes while we discuss your needs and ideas for your home. Our team is dedicated to developing strong relationships with our customers and it is during this time we determine the best way to approach the design of your new home.
